Nick’s Hatsas – Korean Style Hot Sauce

Nick’s Hatsas is the official Eten Met Nick hot sauce, made in collaboration with Heatsupply. This Korean Style hot sauce (150ml) is inspired by Korean cuisine with the flavours of white miso, garlic, lemongrass, ginger and of course with real Korean pepper flakes for your soul. Bird’s Eye chilis provide a nice burn that doesn’t get too much, but does linger for a long time. Sweet, spicy, umami notes and a little freshness from the lemongrass. Delicious! According to Nick, this stuff is good on everything and of course we agree, but we think it’s especially brilliant with fried chicken, stir-fries and spare ribs. Exclusively available at Heatsupply.
