Mark’s Barbados Style Hot Sauce pays tribute to the traditional Bajan ‘pepper sauces’ that are so popular on the island of Barbados. It’s a unique blend of aged hot Scotch Bonnet peppers, tropical fruits (mango, pineapple and papaya), prepared mustard and even a dash of rum is added for good measure. This sauce has a nice afterburn, is fruity, fresh and acidic and gives every dish a sunny touch. Very tasty with typical Caribbean dishes, seafood, curries and much more!
