This is Melinda’s Ghost Pepper Wing Sauce. Don’t let the ‘Ghost’ fool you though. This sauce could be quite scary if the flavour hadn’t been great: a fiery mix of Ghost Pepper, Cayenne and Habaneros provide a good spice level, but combined with vegetables and garlic, the ultimate hot wing sauce is created.
