First the base: vinegar, onion and peppers. This gives it a savory edge, but that’s followed by a burst of sunshine in the form of mango, pineapple, melon and lime. The 7 Pot chili is extremely hot, but since it’s “only” 10% of the sauce, it doesn’t become too spicy. This Crazy Bastard hot sauce is perfect with chicken, white fish, tacos or a summery salad.
