White Whale x 100 Watt Electric Ocean Hot Sauce

This collaboration between Eindhoven based White Whale Sauces and brewery 100 Watt is a delicious hot sauce, made with the award-winning Quadrupel of 100 Watt: 150 Watt. And you really pick up on that beer in this sauce. Roasted Jalapeños and fresh Madame Jeanette peppers provide the heat, while pure apple molasses, dried fig and plum add sweet and light fruity notes that complement the character of the beer. Oranges also add some sweetness, but certainly also a nice acidity. A wonderfully balanced hot sauce that, in our opinion, works very well in stews or on sausages (or other grilled meat).
