This Poirier’s Louisana Style Creole Maple hot sauce is a special collaboration between two of the best in their own scene: Dustin Poirier (UFC) and Heartbeat Hot Sauce Co. Together they made a classic Louisiana style hot sauce with the distinctive taste of vinegar, fermented cayenne peppers, celery and garlic that they have now sweetened by using Canadian maple syrup. The result is a knockout hot sauce that you can throw on anything, but is especially delicious with cajun style recipes.
