Nondedju Hete Saus Faja Punch

This Nondedju Hot Sauce Faja Punch is an ode to the Surinamese sambal. You know, that sambal where you are always asked “are you sure?” This stuff is quite spicy, because it contains no less than 36% Madame Jeanette peppers. Add some grapefruit juice, carrot, ginger and lemongrass and you have a deliciously fruity, fresh and savoury sauce with good heat. Of course it is great with everything from Surinamese cuisine, but it is also delicious with various curries. Actually quite versatile!
