This La Pimenterie x Dawson’s Mycelium hot sauce is a collaboration between 2 of our favorite Canadian sauce makers and the result is even better than we could have imagined. A unique hot sauce with a range of special ingredients, which come together to create a true flavour bomb. Pumpkin, miso, milk cap mushrooms, Habaneros, a number of dried peppers and all kinds of other ingredients provide a complex and rich umami taste with slightly acidic, sweet and savoury notes. A great substitute for mushroom cream sauce with your steak, but also delicious in various noodle and ramen dishes, stews and with grilled vegetables.
