T-Rex Pineapple Sunshine Sriracha Hot Sauce

T-Rex Pineapple Sunshine Sriracha is a fermented hot sauce made in Amsterdam. A bright yellow curry fermentation brings the Madame Jeantte, yellow pepper and pineapple together perfectly. Savoury ingredients like onion, ginger and garlic complement this wonderfully and the result is a sriracha-style hot sauce that ticks almost all the boxes: sweet, acidic, savoury and of course fruity. Super tasty in combination with curries, but actually with almost anything that could use a tropical touch. Another advantage: 200 ml lasts a little longer!
