T-Rex Cherry Barbecue Hot Sauce

This T-Rex Cherry Barbecue hot sauce is a great sauce from Amsterdam. And you can probably guess what this stuff tastes great with: barbecue. Yet this hot sauce has more layers. Firstly, 3 peppers were used (Cayenne, Madame Jeanette & Chipotle) and ingredients such as sour cherry, (black) garlic, ginger, date and tamarind were added. This makes the sauce nice and smoky, sweet, savoury and slightly fruity. An ideal hot sauce for everything that comes from the barbecue, but also great if you just fry delicious pieces of meat indoors!
