Mark’s Fermented Kimchi Hot Sauce

Mark’s Fermented Kimchi hot sauce is a hot sauce based on kimchi, so if you like the funky taste of this Korean stuff, you’re in for a treat. Fermented Thai chilies provide a nice medium heat and of course an extra complex flavor. Fresh garlic, ginger and green onion add deliciously savoury flavours (and aromas), making this the perfect partner for noodle and rice dishes.
