You can really taste the smoked Jalapeno and Habanero at first, which gives the sauce a savoury and slightly smoky vibe. After that the sweetness of the apricot really shines through and combined with savoury ingredients such as garlic, onion, cumin, black pepper and thyme make this a complex hot sauce.
