Good Heat Queso Sin Queso Hot Sauce

This Queso Sin Queso hot sauce from Good Heat is a very unique hot sauce. It’s inspired by queso, which is a Mexican cheese sauce, but contains no cheese at all! You read that correctly. The taste of a spicy cheese sauce, with the typical umami flavour, but also suitable for the vegans among us. This is the result of 3 years of development and the result is impressive. The secret of this recipe lies mainly in the nutritional yeast, which provides the cheesy flavour. Onions, Habanero, garlic, turmeric and Ghost Pepper powder have been added to finish it off. A really great addition to anything you would otherwise add cheese (or a vegan alternative) to. Nachos, tacos, burgers, hot dogs, (chopped cheese) sandwiches and so on. Genius!
