La Sarita Aji Limo Paste

This is La Sarita’s Peruvian Aji Limo paste. A very aromatic aji, with a light citrus flavor and intense heat, perfect for preparing ceviches, leche de tigre or tiraditos. All Peruvian dishes with raw fish, but it can also be combined with all kinds of other raw fish dishes! The Aji Limo gives you an explosion of flavour, with the characteristic spiciness and fruity scent that stimulates your senses. Lemon has been added, which provides a nice fresh touch. Can be used as a marinade, but also as a sauce. A nice bonus: it comes in a cool 200 gram bag.
