Habanero Maple Hot Sauce

Another vinegar-free sauce from Sinai Gourmet, this time with the floral, fruity notes of the Habanero (not to mention a serious increase in heat). The sauce is thicker, with a well-balanced flavor of fresh peppers, a hint of sweetness from the maple, and a herbaceous component from the cilantro.
