T-Rex Pineapple Sunshine Sriracha is a fermented hot sauce made in Amsterdam. A bright yellow curry fermentation brings the Madame Jeantte, yellow pepper and pineapple together perfectly. Savoury ingredients like onion, ginger and garlic complement this wonderfully and the result is a sriracha-style hot sauce that ticks almost all the boxes: sweet, acidic, savoury and of course fruity. This Gnarlicky hot sauce from White Whale Sauces is a new flavour from the Dutch brand with a very special color. Still, the color isnât the star of the show, because thatâs the garlic. Torchbearer Mushroom Mayhem Hot Sauce

Do you like savoury flavors and mushrooms? Then look no further than this Torchbearer Mushroom Mayhem hot sauce, because this sauce is so savoury that you would almost think it contains steak (despite the fact that it is vegan). This is mainly due to the shiitake and portobello mushrooms that are in it, which of course also provides a serious dose of umami flavour. This hot sauce is also a bit sweet due to the addition of both brown sugar and molasses. In terms of heat, youâre all set with habaneros & scorpion peppers. A great hot sauce to go with, you guessed it, steak! But try it on wings, burgers or tofu as well!

According to Crazy Bastard the Scoville score for this beast is a whopping 500.000 SHU. So yeah, itâs extremely hot. But still the flavor is amazing as well. It has that typical fresh Reaper taste, but the creole spices like garlic, oregano and cumin give it a extra dimension.
Heartbeat Mango Habanero Hot Sauce
No ratings yet

At first it was a limited edition only available in Thunder Bay (where Heartbeat is located), but it became so popular that it is now also available at Heatsupply! And we can understand why, because this Caribbean style hot sauce is amazing. Many mangoes, bell peppers, onions, Habaneros, garlic and spices (of which curry powder is probably one) provide a tropical sauce that has almost everything: sweet, acidic, fruity and savoury. This stuff goes perfectly with Caribbean dishes, fish, chicken and curries.
Karma Holé Molé Hot Sauce
No ratings yet
This Karma Holé Molé Hot Sauce is loosely inspired by traditional Mexican mole and is made with 100% dark Mexican chocolate. This is combined with fresh Habanero, Guajillo & Ancho peppers and a selection of sweet, dark fruits such as blackcurrant, fig, mulberry and plum. The result is a hot sauce with a very light acidity, but in terms of flavor it is mainly savoury and sweet with a medium burn. Holy moly what a good sauce and one of our favorites straight away! As you could expect, it is delicious with Mexican dishes such as carnitas, but also a pan of chili or a stew will be next level with this stuff.
