Melinda’s Chipotle Hot Sauce
No ratings yet
If you like smoky flavours with your food, Melinda’s Chipotle Hot Sauce is a very good choice. As usual with Melinda’s, the base is formed by Habanero’s and carrot, but large amounts of Chipotle have been added for an extra smoky flavour. For extra depth in the flavour, Melinda’s has used papaya, passion fruit and onion. Perfect for anything off the grill!
Melinda’s Scotch Bonnet Hot Sauce
No ratings yet
This Melinda’s Scotch Bonnet Hot Sauce is a hot sauce with a tropical touch. Firstly because of the (Caribbean) Scotch Bonnet pepper and its recognizable flavour, but also because of the addition of papaya and passion fruit. Together with the carrot, onion, garlic and turmeric, a nicely acidic, savoury and slightly fruity hot sauce is created that is very versatile, but is especially good in combination with chicken, white fish and curries.
Melinda’s Red Savina Hot Sauce
No ratings yet
This Melinda’s Red Savina Hot Sauce is quite spicy and relies very much on the pepper itself in terms of flavour. With 675,000 SHU, the Red Savina pepper is seriously hot, so this sauce is definitely hotter than Melinda’s Habanero sauces. The usual ingredients have been used for the balance in the sauce: carrot, onion and garlic. A great sauce if you want to add that recognizable pepper flavour to your dishes and in that respect it is very versatile!

This is Melinda’s Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce. This sauce is made with the Bhut Jolokia chili from North India. And that’s a hot chili. About 1 million Scoville Heat Units hot. And so this Ghost Pepper hot sauce from Melinda’s is also very hot. Made Melinda’s way with fresh ingredients and the best chillies in the world. An all-round sauce for serious chili heads!

Melinda’s Scorpion Hot Sauce is the brand’s hottest sauce, made with the extremely hot Trinidad Moruga Scorpion pepper that easily exceeds 1 million Scoville Heat Units. As if that wasn’t enough, some Habaneros have also been added. Carrot, onion and garlic are also present, but it will be mainly the peppers that you taste (and feel)! It is therefore a great all-round hot sauce for those looking for a lot of heat! Like, a LOT of heat!
Sinai Gourmet Jalapeño Maple Hot Sauce
No ratings yet
This Sinai Gourmet Jalapeño Maple Hot Sauce (just like their other sauces) is one that fits perfectly under the motto less is more. The ingredients list is not very extensive, but you can taste that they are all top quality. Delicious fresh Jalapeños, real maple syrup from Québec that provides a sweet touch, fresh herbs and fresh garlic for a nice fresh & savoury taste. A great hot sauce for your favourite Mexican dishes, salads, sandwiches and so on. Oh, and this sauce is made without vinegar. Olive oil is used instead and that creates an almost creamy consistency. We are big fans!
Piko Peppers Piko Riko Hot Sauce
No ratings yet
This is the Piko Peppers Piko Riko hot sauce and before we do our little story about it, we just want to quote Hot Ones host Sean Evans. This is what he said about Piko Riko: “I don’t give compliments like that, but when I tasted this sauce I immediately thought: top 5 hot sauces I’ve ever tasted!” And that comes from someone who has already tasted hundreds of different hot sauces. It’s also just a super tasty piri piri style hot sauce with bell peppers, onions, lots of garlic, habaneros, cayenne peppers and even beer. In terms of smell and flavour, it is almost reminiscent of pizza in a bottle, so it will not surprise you that this hot sauce is great with pizza & pasta, but also with chicken, tacos and much more.

According to Melinda’s it’s the perfect pizza topper, because the sauce is made with a mix of cayenne peppers & sweet pepper, tomato, white onion, pepper flakes and of course a good dose of garlic. The vinegar gives the sauce a nice acidity, which is also nice with the often very cheesy and savoury pizzas. In addition to pizza, this sauce is also very tasty with meatballs (marinara) or, for example, spaghetti Bolognese.

A mix of Cayenne & Habanero peppers provides a medium kick and onions, garlic and carrots provide a good ‘Buffalo style’ hot wing flavour. That includes butter, but natural butter flavours have been used that are also suitable for the vegans among us.
Melinda’s Ghost Pepper Wing Sauce

This is Melinda’s Ghost Pepper Wing Sauce. Don’t let the ‘Ghost’ fool you though. This Poirier’s Louisana Style Creole Maple hot sauce is a special collaboration between two of the best in their own scene: Dustin Poirier (UFC) and Heartbeat Hot Sauce Co. Heartbeat Mango Habanero Hot Sauce

Add some grapefruit juice, carrot, ginger and lemongrass and you have a deliciously fruity, fresh and savoury sauce with good heat.
