And we have to say that it worked out very well, because when smelling and tasting this sauce we imagine ourselves in Thailand again for a while. An aromatic, fragrant, herbal, fresh, spicy and slightly sweet hot sauce that will certainly make you travel to Southeast Asia for a moment. Obviously the perfect match for green curries, but you can also try it in other curries. Great stuff. This sauce is on Hot Ones season 21.
