Our first hot sauce from Honduras is bringing tropical heat to the #7 wing on Hot Ones Season 16! Featuring a smoked version of the Caribbeanâs favorite pepper, the Scotch bonnet, as well as Chocolate Ghost peppers, Bhutila gets its name from an island off the coast of Honduras. And itâs a fire you can feel good about - a portion of all sales goes to protecting their coral reef! Completed with bitter orange for fruity and citrus notes, itâs delicious with beans and rice, guacamole or as a marinade for carne asada.
Cedar Smoked Garlic

From our friendly neighbors to the north at Dawsonâs Hot Sauce, this new smoked sauce is deliciously complex. Itâs woods-y and peppery, with a hit of savory garlic. What canât this sauce do? In our experience, all the best mild hot sauces still let the taste of the chilis shine through. With habanero as the second ingredient, this sauce does just that, and has noticeable heat. So while this is in the #2 spot in the Hot Ones Season 17 lineup, itâs a 3/10 in our book. Try it with roasted salmon, steak, rosemary mashed potatoes or even on a bagel with schmear.

Made in partnership with top-quality bladesmith Half Face Blades, Señor Lechuga sources 100% real black truffles and white truffle olive oil to achieve this sauceâs unique umami flavor. As luxurious as it gets in a hot sauce, .5326 is balanced by the acidity of heirloom tomatoes and white wine vinegar. Cremini mushrooms add another savory layer of earthiness in this one-of-a-kind sauce combining opulent ingredients with the slow building heat of dried Carolina Reaper pepper. Treat yourself to its fiery finery on pasta or a show stopping mushroom risotto.

Hand crafted in Brooklyn with the worldâs best coffee and cĂĄscara from Panamaâs CafĂ© Unido! Panamanian Chef Mario Castrellon helped create this goldilocks sauce with the perfect harmony of fruity habaneros and sweet, herbal undertones of the cĂĄscara (the husk of the coffee cherry). The fruity heat of the habaneros lingers just long enough to awake the palate. Enjoy on everything from morning eggs, to enchiladas to a cut of Wagyu.

This sauce is named for CafĂ© Unidoâs 98/100 Coffee Review score for its premium Panama Geisha coffee, which lends the hot sauce its juicy, chocolate-y notes. Fruit-forward habanero heat opens the taste buds to tartness from passion fruit and blueberry, which accentuate the coffeeâs complexity and add subtle sweetness. .098 complements sweet and savory foods like ricotta toast or sweet potato fries and also makes a delicious glaze for ribs and other mains!
Jekyll & Hyde Hot Sauce

Newcomer to the Hot Ones lineup, 13 Angry Scorpions is coming out swinging! Their Jekyll & Hyde hot sauce features Moruga Scorpion peppers as its first ingredient, bringing that scorchinâ hot Trinidadian heat to the 7-spot for Hot Ones Season 17. While the spice level may sound intimidating, the taste is anything but. Familiar in the best way, it brings to mind the best southern barbecue thanks to spices, tomato paste and brown sugar. Use it to make your best-ever barbecue chicken, or to top a burger (weâd suggest beef or black bean) and add some grilled onion rings for cowboy burger vibes.

Once again, the Aussies are bringing the heat! The most dedicated Hot Ones fans will recognize Dingo Sauce from Season 11âs Widow Maker. Well, theyâre back and bringing the pain with a triumphant return to the Season 18 lineup. This blend of super-hot peppers including some of the worldâs hottest, Trinidad Moruga Scorpion peppers and Carolina Reapers, make Psycho Hot Sauce hurt so good. But what makes this sauce truly unique is its use of an unusual pepper we havenât seen in hot sauce before, the Moorestard Psycho, as well as its ras el hanout-inspired blend of spices.

Clark and Hopkins create hot sauces Inspired by their travels around the world. As a result, their sauces feature unique flavors and regional peppers, and this #3 sauce in the Season 17 Hot Ones hot sauce lineup is no exception! Featuring Calabrian chili flakes, the sauce transports you to buona Italia with sweetness from sun-dried tomatoes and bell peppers, savory garlic, plus salty-grassy notes from black olives. Finished with a dash of mushroom powder for umami, itâs a well-balanced sauce (think Italian sriracha ) that livens up the most traditional of Italian dishes. We also love it with less home cooked but still fun favorites like french bread pizza.

Puckerbutt Pepper Co Extra Mean Green Hot Sauce

The invitingly green color of Smokinâ Edâs latest hot sauce may send the wrong signal: this is no mild verde. From the diabolical mind of mad pepper scientist Smokinâ Ed Currie, this Pepper X and Apollo Pepper blend is not for the faint of heart. Taste-wise, itâs got everything youâd want in a verde: peppery and tart, high acid with a good hit of savory alliums. But youâve been warned: using too much of this super-hot hot sauce could be enough to haunt even the toughest of chiliheads. That said, thereâs no reason to shy away from making the attempt. Weâd let the Pepper X and Apollo Pepper heat work its magic in a big batch of chili verde, white chicken chili or tortilla soup and expect delicious results!

Sweet Onion Habanero Hot Sauce
No ratings yet
This new sauce from the Torchbearer crew, known for such Hot Ones hits as Zombie Apocalypse and Garlic Reaper, is unique in that itâs onion-forward but not in a way thatâs overpowering. Sweet onions are blended with habaneros, just a few Scorpion peppers, sharp vinegar and extra minced onion for good measure. Its bold flavor is matched by its thickness - this sauce has a lot of body! Sweet Onionâs 6/10 heat makes it a fiery addition to burgers, brats, sandwiches and more. If you donât use this for your next grill sesh, youâre missing out!
HEATONIST No. 7 Hot Sauce
No ratings yet
Lucky number seven! Celebrate the seventh anniversary of our Brooklyn shop opening with this one-of-a-kind hot sauce featuring ancient ingredients remixed in a modern way. The first taste is sour from tart pomegranate and lemon. Then subtle earthiness from beets and peppery caraway transitions into lingering nutty afternotes of pistachio and mild serrano heat. Pair HEATONIST No. Seven with old school classics like brisket or pork or take it to a fresher place as a glaze for carrots or brussel sprouts, and as a dressing for grain bowls of all kinds. No. Seven was made with love by Jason Parker of Angry Goat Pepper Co, who learned to like beets through the process. If youâve been beet wary in the past, No. Seven will warm you up to them (pun intended). Also excellent in a cocktail!

Honey Field Habanero

Move over Tabasco (sorry - we went there), this is your new go-to breakfast hot sauce. Itâs splashy, sharp and adds that zippy acidity that rich brunch food like omelets and home fries desperately need. But why stop there? High notes from the vinegar and the habaneroâs natural citrusy flavor also make it a must-have for hot wings, tacos, fried chicken sandwiches and even ramen. This sauceâs beauty is in its simplicity: organic orange habaneros from Honey Field farm in Vermont, Vermont 2-step fermented organic white vinegar, and salt. The result? All-purpose perfection.
