Secret Aardvark Reaper Smoked Hot Sauce
No ratings yet
The Secret Aardvark Reaper Smoked Hot Sauce is a new flavor from the popular brand and it’s also the hottest! That does not mean that it is an extremely hot sauce, but the Carolina Reaper peppers do provide a fairly serious heat that builds slowly and you can still really enjoy. Especially because they are smoked and that gives this sauce a nice extra layer. The delicious base of fire-roasted tomatoes is familiar, as is the combination with carrots, onions, garlic and the spices that are so characteristic of Secret Aardvark. Very versatile, but still extra tasty at the barbecue and on your favorite Mexican dishes.

This Dawson’s Original Hot Sauce is the classic sauce from the Canadian brand Dawson’s. You might know this one from Hot Ones, where it was on wing number 7 in season 5. All in all it’s a very versatile hot sauce. If we would sum up everything this goes great with, we would be busy until tomorrow. Awesome sauce!

SWET ‘Lemon Hard’ Lemon & Habanero Hot Sauce

This SWET Lemon Hard Hot Sauce is handmade in Brussels in microbatches with lemon and Habaneros. As you can expect, the lemon provides a nice sour taste and that is further enhanced by cider vinegar and ginger. Yet this sauce is not too sour, because a nice balance is created with the slightly sweet flavor of pears, yellow peppers and of course the beautiful fruity flavor of yellow Habanero peppers grown in Brussels. This hot sauce is the perfect match for fish dishes and seafood. Another pro tip: mix this with mayo for an extra fresh and spicy mayo.
Hellfire Gourmet Red Hot Sauce
No ratings yet
This Hellfire Gourmet Red Hot Sauce is a super savoury hot sauce that’s a real flavour bomb, but a bit milder on the heat scale. A mix of Jalapeño, Cayenne, and Anaheim peppers gives you a mild to medium hot burn. The savoury ingredients just keep piling up, with garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, coriander, cumin, balsamic vinegar, and Burgundy cooking wine. So you can definitely expect a tangy kick too. It’s a versatile hot sauce that, in our opinion, works extra well on pizza & pasta and classic French dishes like Coq au Vin.

With almost 5% yellow Habanero you can feel the heat very lightly, which makes it quite a mild sauce. That doesn’t make it less tasty though, because with onions and garlic as a finishing touch this stuff is great with chicken, fish and Asian dishes like sushi.
