T-Rex Nectar of Fire Hot Sauce
No ratings yet
T-Rex Nectar of Fire hot sauce is an Amsterdam-made sauce with a spot-on name. The first two ingredients are Cayenne & Ghost Pepper (the ‘Fire’ part) and the third ingredient is sweet agave syrup (the ‘Nectar’ part). It creates an interesting effect, as the heat hits you pretty hard, but the sweetness of the agave syrup also tones down the heat a bit. You’ll also immediately notice a hint of cinnamon, without it being overpowering. Garlic, onion, cumin, and smoked paprika powder complete this hot sauce. Super versatile, but especially delicious with chicken and pizza & pasta.

The end result is a hot sauce that works super well on chicken, fish, curries, and Caribbean dishes.
Onima Cajun Sumac Hot Sauce
No ratings yet
This Onima Cajun Sumac hot sauce is a twist on the traditional Louisiana-style hot sauce, like Tabasco for example. The twist comes not only from the addition of sumac, which adds extra freshness, but also from the unique spice blend. Celery seed stands out in particular, with thyme and oregano in the background. Fermented peppers provide medium heat and the recognizable Louisiana-style hot sauce flavor. It’s an excellent hot sauce for seafood (like oysters), chicken, soup, or even a Bloody Mary!
Smokey J Hot Sauce

A newcomer to the Hot Ones family, Chef Sam has been perfecting this recipe - featuring white oak smoked jalapeños, agave and a nice touch of cumin - for years. It’s super smoky and slightly sweet, and makes a great accompaniment to everything from mac n cheese to pulled chicken to tacos… the list goes on! We recently added it to a butternut squash soup and loved the roasty flavors it brought to the table. Mild jalapeño heat means you don’t have to worry about overdoing it.
